I really wanted a white 1125R but the price I got on my '08 was too good to pass up, so mine's black. I remember a while back, there were site sponsors who were selling the white bodywork and even offering a discount. I'm thinking about selling my Suzuki DR-Z400E (I have only taken it offroading a couple of times and using it to commute around town once in a while doesn't seem like a good enough reason to justify keeping it) so I may have some extra cash to buy the bodywork. Does anyone have any recommendations as to where to buy? Thanks! |

I have purchased two sets of white body work so far for my 08. The last set came in in different orders (different times). I was able to get it all though. If none of the sponsors step up I'd use lshd1.com as they offer 20% off and often run free shipping promos. |

I always make my orders from my local dealer (former sponsor), or Precision Harley (sponsor). Precision offers 10% off, I don't mind spending the few dollars more for them vs the 20% guys as I have always gotten better service from the sponsor dealers. You can also try and contact Erik Buell Racing, they had some white bodywork available last I heard, that can save you a few dollars and get you converted faster, as brand new bodywork from a dealer typically has a 5 week lead time. |

I ordered a set from Lakeshore HD on Puzzled's recommendation back in late winter. It took a few weeks, but it all came in together. I am currently waiting on a set of white wheels from them and some airbox badges. I little over two weeks so far, but I knew it would take some time. |

Thanks for the suggestions, everyone. Puzzled, I feel kinda strange saying this, but after seeing your white plastics on blue frame, I'm not quite sure I want to go that route. I'm iffy on the frame--with the white plastic, I almost think the blue frame looks out of place. I might be swayed if I saw it in person--or at least looked at it on a screen bigger than my Iphone's. |

my 08' is white and i LOVE IT, easier to keep clean, hide scratches and ALOT cooler -temp and looks- . I personally love the look of white on blue, and with the white plastics it REALLY makes the blue frame POP!! FWIW Jake |

It doesn't it looked badass in person especially when he put the black.drk grey stickers on it and sark windshield. I like the blue but I truly like the look of the white/blue firebolts more than the 09 1125R |
