I just want to post some light on tunerpro. I have linked the bikes and currently written the file for datalogging while being able to use Megalog Viewer with these files. There is a few bugs to work out but its slowly getting done. When done I pass these files to everyone. this will be a great solution for those wanting to datalog their bike with every detail in the ecm. This will be including both O2 sensors data and accel with decel and ect. Overall 50% more data than before. There will be two different file for everyone the ddfi1 and ddfi2 as well as a ddfi3 file. These files will be sent to each helping vendor when complete. I want to thank Mark for assisting in the communication link for allowing our bikes to communicate with tunerpro directly. We also have a program to make the Msq files that will be getting released at completion time. this was written by a friend in BC for our need at N/C for Us Bullers. Hopefully this is good news. It gets better mark the tunerpro owner is going to write some script to allow the bikes to read and write as well for a all in one program. This will give you total power on the ecm finally. once done I can move on to other ventures finally. see tunerpro.net for the v5 details and the adx/xdf file info. We will use a few beta tester guys once the files are written to verify its done in a easy to use format. Mike |

currently i am only stumbling on the offset 0x11 with the scalier. It reads as a 1:1 ratio but when applied to the file that way the rpm is too high at idle and if you gas it it goes correct but if held steady it falls back off again but in the opposite direction as too low. I have to beat this hurdle before it will work 100% in the mlv program. I am printing out all the data to tape as a big graph so I can input the data into a single complete file. I have sent a couple emails out to the guys I use to work with a long time ago on the ecmspy beta team a few years ago to see if they can see why this is happening at that offset scale. Even if i dont have the rpm fixed it will be a simple overlay or rewrite for the fixed file. I should have the whole ddfi1 and ddfi2 written by the end of the week. currently I have 25 different datas correctly reading in the datalogs. Is anyone else here that was a beta or assistant on the ecmspy beside myself? |

The stumble is over. all green lights on the two projects. we now have 80+ datas being recorded with tunerpro v5. next I can finish the ddfi3 data and send this to Mark at tunerpro. From there he will finish what he needs to for the read and write the eeprom and it will be ready. The datalogging works with MLV also... it even omits data during accel and decel so it does not take that data into account for a much more precise mapping. By far this is the best to date. It wont be long for the complete issue. I will release the files for logging real soon to everyone. you will be able to download from the website for free. All data is free. |

Mike....I am happy to test things and feedback when your files are released. I am not a 'nerd', but I can at least use the programmes and report. |

recording every bit of data from the bike while riding it. then you use this data to let the program maks the maps to the bike for the best possible afr. based on your bikes condition your riding type your atmosphere yada yada yada... no dyno can beat a read full blown data logged tuning. we have 133 datas being recorded. if its going on in the ecm we are most likely getting it. beta 1 and 2 test are a go.... waiting to get the ddfi3 bike here to do that test next and poof its done. from here the script for reading the ecm and writing to the ecm in tunerpro will be next. we already have the msq generator program for the Megalog viewer. so not much more is needed. this is By far the biggest datalogger On the bikes. Over all this is the cats meow... |

I make zero off the work and data. just dont copy it steal it or mimic its functions cause thats a no no... |

DDFI#3 is talking with the Tunerpro. This is going to be huge in the way tuning goes on from here out. Nothing like having the entire ecms data acquisition and the ability to use it with Megalog viewer to make the maps to your bike with you on it. matching to your altitude and ect. you will be able to see all this data in the export csv file. once i am done with the base files there will be much more that can be done later. Xopti, what hardware is required? I'm guessing an ECM cable (from your website, of course!) and a laptop to run the apps to read/write to ECM? Anything else? I would like to starting sourcing the hardware so i can start using this as soon as it's released. |

I just need to finish the list files on the ddfi3.From their I will do some proofing on my terrible spelling and Caps, then it is a go... |

Xopti just a quick ?, when I put my custom map into Tuner pro as a .bin file the rear cylinder spark maps vary from my spread sheets???. All the other fuel & spark maps are the same but the rear cylinder changes any Ideas. |

it could be the spreadsheets offset formula. which version of tunerpro? why are you doing it with a bin file. just open the ecmread xpr file in tunerpro as a all files under the list tab. thats the best way because it allows a resave back to that file if you do changes and saves as the file type opened. this allows you to then load and burn back to the bike with ecmread. Later you will fetch with tunerpro and write with tunerpro. do it all in one program. spread sheets are a thing of the past very very outdated... they are also missing many many datas. see attached file for just the datalog file we are getting in tunerpro. rt v5 beta plus all the data in the xdf file. tunerpro is what you want toss those spreadsheets...

Xopti its version 4.14. I have just renamed my XPR files I think I read it somewhere. I use ECM read to fetch & write the eeprom info. I did a read of my mates race ECM & put it into Tunerpro as an XPR file & the same the rear cylinder spark timing is different greatly to the front??? Its easy enough to change them manually but is time consuming maybe I doing something wrong. Thanks for your help. |

there is many ways to do it. you can tick the top left of the table to highlight it then right click the table to copy and then open the other window and paste the whole thing. |

Mike, I loaded up V5 of tunerpro but all my fuel & timing tables are jumbled, I still have V4 & all the tables are fine any Ideas would be much appreciated. Cheers Chris |

Kicka666 - I'm seeing the same thing. Same ecm file same definition file but my RPM scale is messed up in version 5 but good in version 4. Anybody figure it out? |
