That's damn funny, especially to those familiar with the area! I was there earlier in the Spring, thank God it wasn't me! Jeff |

Jng, How do you like your AGV GP Tech helmet? What head shape are you? |

Cravacor - that is actually not my GP Tech, that is a AGV K3 Rossi Celebr8 Replica. However, I also have a GP Tech in Rossi Dreamtime paint so I can answer your question. I don't really know what shape my head is, but I have a bunch of helmets so maybe this will help you get a sense of the fit and feel. My best fitting helmet is my size Large Arai RX-7 Corsair (Tommy Hayden Replica). It is very comfortable but not too tight and has even pressure everywhere. I wish the chin bar was bit further from my mouth but that is the only complaint. A very close second are my size Large Shark RSR2 and RSX helmets. The comfort of the Shark liners are the most plush of any helmet I've ever tried. The cheeks are a bit tight but those are replaceable. I have a size Large Dainese Airstream that also fits near perfectly, but you may not be as familiar with these since they are not widely distributed. I have a Shoei X-11 in size Medium, that fits the top of my very snugly but comfortably and squeezes my cheeks a bit. This is what I would call a "race" fit, a bit tight for everyday use but perfect for the track. The GP Tech is definitely a different shape than the above helmets. It has a bit more pressure on the sides of the top of my head, but it is still what I consider comfortable. My size Large is a large helmet dimensionally when sitting next to my other helmets and the eyeport is definitely shorter as well. Lastly, the AGV K3 above is a size Large but is much narrower than the GP Tech. By narrow, I mean it folds my ears a bit when putting on like no other helmet. It still fits but definitely a different shape than the GP Tech. I think it's the best bargain though, as the Rossi replica retails for about $200 and looks great! Jeff |

I thought we were talking about a pod that was both red AND white. I would like that but I don't think they exist. I just looked on American Sport Bike and didn't see anything other than the 3 main OEM colors. Jeff |
