So I'm trying to figure out (without the manual) how to set up my bike for my weight. Any help would be great, thanks. I'm 6'2" 235 and I ride sorta fast and I'm into the twisties.

The owners manuals are listed here at the top of the 1125R Superbike Board.

Here is a link to the suspension section

I have been the big guy (260lbs) on a Buell since 1997. circus jokes...

The owners manual is a good place to start. rear preload from 1-9 is 7 for 235lbs. Look at the steps on the rear preload. Anything past 1 or 2 is a loss of suspension travel. preload winds the spring up a bit, it will likely bind before the shock will fully travel/compress. A stiffer spring with little or no preload will give you more suspension travel. Big boy springs also implies big boy valving to control those springs. :-)

Dixopr mentioned "2 Clicks Out". Here is a link to Dave Moss' video on setting suspension sag, the first step you should do: http://www.onthethrottle.com/content/view/73/40/

This guy is a pro.
