just had the bike down for a week waiting on bearings and today i got the bearings put on and went for a ride. NO top end. went back and went into DIAG mode and the tps only read to 90 percent. No amount of tps resets could fix it. any ideas? |

Did you check the reality of it..? Take the airbox cover off and take a real time look at the throttle blades... Mike |

The vent pipe from the injectors will foul the opening linkage if not pulled through the bottom half of the airbox sufficiently..........this is very commonly overlooked. Check it to eliminate that possibility. (Message edited by trafford on June 19, 2010) |

Trafford is right on and it's easy to see with the air box off and that way you can verify What 1-mike is saying. The 1125 does not need the digital tech to zero the TP sensor. If the bike ran ok and just didn't make power, I also would bet it's interference. TP calibration would just throw the fueling off making it run rough. Terry www.jtsperformance.com |
