I have a set and trust me there are several aftermarket bags out there that are better and easier to use than the buell bags for half the price. |

Yup. Got the 3 piece set. I could have done better. Not bad, but not as good as some of the other stuff out there. R |

The Cortech stuff looks nice. Badweb sponsor Bumpus sells them, the blue ones look fantastic on the white 09 1125R that Tom Bumpus rode to Buelltoberfest last fall. http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/406 2/502250.html The Buell -09Y bags are nice, but expensive and a pain in the ass to install. |

I use the Cortech Sports (saddlebags and tailbag). They are second-to-none. You can't go wrong with them. |

I run the tailbag (by itself) on my CR and love it. If I need saddlebags, I have a Uly |

Cortech tailbag (& maybe saddlebags) are on factory backorder (at least in black) from all the suppliers I have checked with. Rumor they might be available later in June. |

I second the tailbag, i am getting one for $70, it should hold plenty for me. i can't stand the look of saddle bags on the 1125. p/n=88203-09Y http://www.buell.com/en_us/gear/accessories/produc t.asp?Menu_ID=2&ProductLineID=1&CategoryID=4&Produ ctID=4251 |

Look at this item. it was shown in the current Motorcyclist magazine. www.the cycleguys.com. the bags mount on the passenger foot peg brackets. Looks like a cool idea. REX |

the cortech set-up is second to none. it works well on my x1, and did an excellent job on a trip to east tennessee earlier this week. i recommend them to anyone.

I use the firm set of xb saddlebags I had for my firebolt and the tail-bag as well. I love them and that bracket that comes with them really isn't necessary at least not for my use. That cor tech set looks extremely nice for a long haul. |
