The local HD dealer swapped my 2008 1125r for a 2010 1125cr - straight across! (doing the happy dance)

Harley paid for the difference because of my constant 08' problems. (Breaking down in traffic 4 times... etc)

Here's my new bike - I'm so happy. The only thing that could be changed is the tail. I think it looks funny with the black tail.

Thanks you guys. They sold very few if at all 2010 models - This is actually a company owned vehicle for photos and V.I.P. test rides. Stuff like that.

Duphuckincati, I owned the 08' for almost two years. The factory warranty was ending soon so I talked to Harley about my situation... I'd be scared to ride it after the warranty. There is a lot of good 08's but I must have picked the lemon. Before the 1125r, I owned a V-ROD, before the V-ROD, I owned an older XB12R. This is my 3rd Buell.

Remember the thread a few months back where a Badwebber posted a photo of a bunch of new crated Buells in a random warehouse? Maybe HD has a few stashed away for replacements like this?
