Got it all buttoned up last night. No major problems to speak of. Clutch line was a bit of a fight but overall it was good. While I had it mostly apart I de-noided and checked my coolant. As you might have guessed there was none in the overflow but the radiator was full. Just need brake fluid and a touch of radiator fluid and I am going to try them out. |

Did you check the front brake switch line? Try turning your steering from left to right- max out the turn. Mine turned out it to be too short. It pulled out the brake switch line. Had to cut the line and add an extension. Critical to check this. Not that apparent. |

I re-routed the wires through the side, plenty of room. Now bleeding this thing is another story. My buddy with the speed bleeder is on his way over this evening to help with that. I never had a vehicle of any kind that did not like bleeding the brakes like this thing. I have about half pressure on the front brake at the moment. I am not riding it today, 24 degrees out and snow on the ground. |
