Got home from work today and there were some parcels waiting. I bought a pair of seats from Germany for 99 Euros and they arrived today and look great. The rider's seat is also a lot more confortable but I think that's just 'cause someone broke it in already. I also bought a nice gascap decal in aluminium (also from Germany). OK so I know it may look a bit tacky to some but I love it

I like it, but I think removing the big Buell rubber stickers on the gas tank will help de-clutter things. I did it and man, what an improvement. Seems to me Buell should have toned the name down a bit, speaking of tacky. I used body solvent applied with a "ketchup" bottle, one with the pointed screw on cap. I masking taped rags underneath the logos in order to catch excess solvent. The solvent loosens up the logos whereby you can then peel them off. Buell should have designed a clean and much smaller decal and clear coated over it. |

I think they'll just peel off if the temperature ever gets a bit higher... But i am really torn between doing that and leaving them on as I am really proud to own a Buell and want everyone to know what it is.. I might get a spare airbox cover and get a friend to airbrush the Buell logo on it a little smaller in Silver/Grey |

I was thinking about finding a pegasus logo and getting it turned into a decal and putting that were the Buell is on the airbox. I like the gas cap by the way. |
