my dealer is telling me that the harness is on backorder. They have my CR now 2 weeks and they are not giving me a shipping date. Since I keep reading about people here who get their recalls done, I wonder what is going on? Anyone in the know? Thanks!

Mine took 2 weeks on the dot, I left mine for an AFV problem (which still isn't fixed)

They said about the same for my CR I dropped
off yesterday - which I will be picking back up today when I drop off the R again for the AFV problem - no point in leaving my bike there if it's rideable and just waiting for parts....

Mine was ordered Thursday last week and came in today. Don't know what to tell you.

I took my letter to the dealer with the VIN, they ordered and made the appointment when it came in. They are fixing my gas puke at the same time. Bringing it in tonight. Should take 4-5 days.

Same here Hogzilla - Two birds with one stone (harness and carbon canister). My dealer is coming to get mine on Thursday and doing the work on Friday. It should be delivered back to my house shortly afterwards. Come on sunshine!!
