My CR has now been converted to Cherry Bomb Red. We sold the other CR and it got road to it's new home today.

Which license plate bracket is that and what did you do with the license plate light ? I want to do the same thing to my 1125R. Thanks. |

Looks like the Jardine. Have to use light bolts or upgrade to the 2010 LED taillamp, add the integrated plate lamp, and trim the plastic under the taillamp so the plate light can shine down. That's what I did ... I have pics if you ask for them ... they're too big and I don't feel like resizing right now. American Sport Bike has the integrated plate light for $15 (Buell p/n Y0514.7AA). The 2010 LED taillamp is $57 from there (Buell p/n Y0401.7AC) and the plate light attaches to the back of it aiming downwards. Simple install (have to cut off the 2010 connectors and install three male spade terminals for the taillamp, and two male bullet terminals for the plate light). It is the Jardine fender eliminator and we just drilled extra holes in the botton of the tail light housing to let light come thru for the license plate. |
