I've looked, but found nothing addressing duplicate keys for 1125s. Harley charges $25. I lost one of my keys and knowing the kind of luck I have, I'll probably lose the second one. What alternative to getting a key cut other than HD?

Keys should be $20 a pair from HD.

I've read somewhere they use a Volvo blank - maybe a locksmith could ID the blank for you?

Speaking of keys....anyone having problems with keys not being able to open gas cap after riding. Almost feels as if key will snap if i apply any more pressure. Eventually the damn thing lets me in. I assume it has to do with pressure from gas caused by riding. It scares me. There I am low on fuel, all alone 40 miles away from my spare and SNAP the key breaks.....that would suck.

Dri-slide cable lube in the locks on my bikes, I do it every time I get caught in a downpour (locks, and cables). Helps keep the tumblers lubed. I've also found that pushing the cap *down* while turning the key can help some.
