You should be able to order one from any HD dealer. When you get the bike, the "Owners Kit" is an owners manual and a flyer listing all of the service manuals by bike type and part number.

tell me exactly where you have found a service manuel on here there is the owners manuel but not the service, or parts ones here

There is a suite of manuals, 3 total.
Anybody can, and should, order all three.

Factory Service Manual p/n 99491-08Y..
Electrical Diagnostic Manual p/n 99949-08Y and Parts Manual 99572-08Y.

The numbers change every year in the last 2 digits, eg. the Parts book would be 99572-10Y for the 2010 R, CR 1125 series.
