...I've been reading about the gremlins on the 1125's and I have searched extensively and found a few issues still remain in the 2009 models(the lighting, which can be fixed) and a weeping clutch cover... I have not read any cures to the weeping clutch? Does anyone know if this can be fixed by the dealer (should my bike start leaking) or what is the home-grown remedy for it? Does anyone know what causes it (poor finish on the seal surface, etc?) In general, are there any "issues" with the 2009 1125's that a semi-mechanically inclined owner couldn't fix without too much difficulty? |

There is an issue with the lighting? Other than you can never have too much, the stock lighting is fine. Clutch cover weep is fixed with a kit that replaces some gaskets and junk under the cover. Warranty will take care of it if you got one of the few that weep. I got two 1125's, neither are weepers. |

I think he is confusing th CR for the lighting.. Each is best where its designed to be great.. The CR to me is a much better street bike.. And personally I think the CR looks much better. It looks like it should have been on transformers. |

guess that's a relative phase as his concerns are either myth or covered extensively on Badweb |
