I think this is how the 2010 CR's should have come. I'm thinking of changing my black CR over to this.

It looks so odd without the mirrors. |

I couldn't agree more (that all white is how they should have rolled...) Son of White Lightning! R |

It looks odd with the mirrors and the high bars. Clubmans and no mirrors looks best. |

I like the white look also. I just ordered all the panels. I decided to do the rear in black. Jeff

I have a MY2010 CR in white like this: I'm thinking about changing the pods over to black and getting custom graphics made with the CR in white. If some one would be so kind, some photoshop help would be greatly appreciated!!! (Message edited by ArcticCR on January 10, 2010) |

Hmmm ... That black tail on the white '10CR is an interesting contrast. Of course I'm biased to white since my '09R is. It's cool that you can change things up just be swapping plastics! Mike |

Jeff, that's right. I've seen his bike. However, what I've not seen is the MY10 black pod with a white decal. The MY10 black bikes have gray decals. I don't think it'd look right and therefore, want to see it in white. ~ J |

I'm wanting to turn mine white also. Before Buell was dropped, my original plan was to get a 2010 white CR. Here's what she looks like now. This was when we picked it up at the dealer

I've kept all my bikes in the basement for the last 15 years. I have a walk out basement and take them right through the door opening (carefully). My yard slopes down on the side. No stairs at that door. (Message edited by dentguy on January 10, 2010) |

I think an all white CR like the one in the first pic with blue wheels and blue air box decals (like the '09R) would look great. The all white with red caliper and red pinstripes looks kinda weird IMO. I don't care for the white/black too much either but that dark red air box cover looks great. Post more pics of that thing! |

We, also, have a walkout basement with double doors into my hubby's workshop. It is getting a bit crowded down there tho. As soon as the weather warms up, they'll be back in the garage so we can get them on the road. If I decide not to do the white plastics, the plan is to use my red rims when I need new tires to match the cherry bomb red airbox. We're also in the process of making new tips for the exhaust.

Jumpinjewels, Who did your seat? I am in CO as well and was wanting to re-carve my seat down a bit and change the cover. People have told me Bitchn Stitchn (sp) does great work. Cheers, Mark |

It is a stock XBR seat that my sweet Hubby re-carved. I needed as much taken off as possible to drop me down a bit, being vertically challanged |

Hey Photoshop gurus, what would the pic above posted by ArcticRR look like with a black front fender? (So, it'd be black front fender, black rear panels with white pods, white flyscreen and white airbox.) |
