Ok, got my engine rotated. Now, I noticed the main harness runs along the rear cover. How did you all get that harness off of there. I've cut straps to loosen it, but it seems to not move much.

Well...if you think for a second or two...you have to loosen things until it will rotate!

At the battery, the starter solenoid at the rear.
You'll still have to maneuver the cam cover past the main harness.

Be VERY careful at the front. My CR has a two or three wire harness coming out of the main harness that gets tight real fast. I had to practically dismantle the headlight/gauge cluster to get enough length to lower it enough.

ALSO...there is a sensor wire going into the case on the right side under the rear header I had to pull out because it was too tight.

Go slow...have fun...

OH, no issue with going slow. Just wondering what I might have to do for the main harness. It's the only thing left that is getting a bit tight. Hm, think I will just rest on it tonight and go fresh at it in the morning.

disconnect the bottom plastic from the subframe for more flexibility. just got through doing the race 1125r and putting on the race headers and can. had to rotate the motor much further forward to put that on after completing the valve lash check.
