I don't think that site is entirely accurate. I ordered my '08 from a dealer in Wisconsin and just a few days ago they said they had several other 1125Rs. Yet that dealer doesn't show up at all in the list of 1125Rs in Wisconsin. Still, this is a good tool if you have a particular model and color in mind. The thing is, there may be other ones at dealers that aren't listed, so just because a dealer isn't listed doesn't mean it might not be worthwhile to call around anyway. And yes, fire sale prices are still on. I had no problem finding 1125Rs for between $6000-$7000 when I searched every Buell dealer within a few hundred miles of my house. But I got mine, an '08 with less than 100 miles on it, for $4350. That's not including tax, title, license, shipping, a 3% credit card fee, a crating fee, and a doc fee. After everything, I'll have the bike to my door for about $5200. Mine was the only 1125R they had for that cheap, and technically it's not new, though the warranty is good until October 2011. The others they had were $6500 or $7000 if memory serves, and they were all new. (Message edited by thefleshrocket on December 16, 2009) |

so then get the CR and swap front farings/controls. you get the ass-pain of swapping, but funner gearing on the CR. i wish i could swap primarys to get an 11% gearing reduction, like on the XB's. and the R-CR gearing swap is VERY involved, and you get to deal with the speedo's inaccuracy after it is done ... |

That lists says GR harley has 19 black 'r' avail...not true...I've been there (hardly any stock), got jerked around, and bought my CR from Kenosha. GR harley is right in my back yard and I will NEVER go back. You'll also pay $8k + F**k fees Kirb |

According to the Buell site. I just bought one of the last 7 Red CR's in Wisconsin. The other 2 that are listed for that dealer are sold as well. I did see a Black CR without a sold or hold tag on it. I put a deposit down on it on 11/28. I refuse to ride a new bike on salty roads, I have a sportster for that. Being delivered on Monday. Jim |

If Stock's Harley in Manitowoc WI still has the black CR tell them Tom Sand sent you and I will get $50 out of them selling you a great bike. Their head service guy owns a 1125R, young but nice guy. I got my red one for about $6400 out the door. Thanks, Tom |

I'm not convinced this list Buell posted is accurate. I talked to the sales manager at the place I bought my 2009 CR and inquired about two bikes at another store they own elsewhere in Texas. He checked on the computer and then later called them and found neither bike have been in stock in quite some time, so he wasn't sure where they got that information from... Wayne |

I know New Mexico's Barnetts Harely/buell had about 9 1125's in stock, i saw atleast 1 white one.. most were of the R's were 08's the cr's and the white R were early 09 builds... they wanted nearly 8k for them though... and wouldn't budge.... I was even hauling my R, i just bought for 6800.00, and they looked at me and said i got a nice deal and to go back to Texas for another good deal, they could not go anywhere that price.... It has to be something with the way that dealership does something, maybe taxes, cause the Barnetts in El paso, sold their 1125's for less. SO i have been told. |

List is about 2 days behind. I finalized my 09 1125CR on Wednesday and it dropped off the list on Friday. Just my observation. Jim |

It may have alot to do with the way the dealer handles the paper trail. |

It looks pretty accurate to me, it shows Danbury HD having two black CR's, two white Bolt's, and a 9SX, I saw all of them except the 9SX on Saturday. |
