I got my 09 CR reflashed last week to the 152 calibration. Since then the CEL had been staying on for a few seconds after startup to signal historic codes. I pulled the codes today and this is what I got: P0122 P0192 P1151 P2229 Is this a result of the reflash? The bike runs amazing. I can't imagine anything is REALLY wrong. ac |

Nevermind...searched. Apparently this is normal. I just need to get them to clear the codes. ac |

Yes, the CEL will stay on for a few seconds after start up. That's normal. |

DTX, It specifically states in the electrical service manual that the CEL ONLY stays on for a few seconds after startup if there are historic codes. ac |

Really? Well that is odd. My CEL light stays on for about a second after EVERY start up and I have no codes. It has been like this since I got the bike almost 2 years ago. |

Do you wait for the CEL to turn off its test light before you start it? ac |

Per the manual you should never see the CEL after the bike is started unless there are codes thrown. Have you checked Diag Mode for codes? ac |

Yeah, I said I searched a bit and found it in the 2nd post. This thread really just continued because DTX has a weird bike. ac |
