Do they make a low seat like for the xb's? Which is lower R or CR? Different places tell me different seat heights!
Thanks for the help!

No low seat, but you can get your stock seat customized for you.

The R and CR are the same height.

i pulled the cover off a seat that i got on ebay and then shaved the foam down on a band saw to make it lower for my track 1125r. need a better staple gun to make the cover stay on better.

Basil....the general safety consensus is that a lower seat height on an 1125 is only safely attainable through seat modification.

I however am going to try and Modify the tail subframe assembly.

wish me luck.

What Froggy said.

I had both my XB12R seat and my 1125 seat modified/recountoured by a car upholsterer.

$95.00

Looks and feel...well worth the effort.

You must have an ass of steel or rubber lol there isn't much to the seat to begin with. I can't see taking anything off and it not killing worse then what the stocker allready is. The 25r jus doesn't seam like a good bike for a short person. Another fix would be jus put a nice big girl on the back lol that will pull it down a few inches for ya!

I bought another seat and my hubby modified it. It dropped me down a little bit. One foot tippy-toed, the other about 1-2" off the ground. Will just have to get used to it and maintain a key eye on the ground when stopping so I know which foot to put down. Have pictures of it on the CBR storm front site.
