I was told... and received M3HUS062 on my 08 1125R as the latest flash yesterday (11/10), bike runs good but I have not heard this flash mentioned and have reason to doubt it's the newest!! | ||

062 is correct for the '08s, had mine done today. | ||

08 and 09 (R) different flashes? I would have said "no" to that before, but I've seen that asked and mentioned a few times today. The latest 09 is 142, but I realize now that I would simply be making an assumption (never that smart) about the 08. I never stop learning things here! Mike | ||

T-Bolt98, I was re-flashed today (11/11). My 08 1125R, like yours, received M3HUS062. Like you I was told this was the latest although they could not tell me it's release date. So adding my two cents to Hellgate - It appears the 08 and 09 have different flashes. I put 300km on right after the re-flash and noticed the surging was gone. It pulls nice and smooth now, way better and I didn't even know it was bad! Fuel economy has also increased by about 15%. It's nice to get a little more range on a tank. The bike is now perfect. It must be time to put her away for winter.  | ||

So do the '08s and '09s have a different flash? Yes. Different injectors and relocated O2 sensor = different flash. |
