Anybody know what the inside diameter of the clubman bar is? Thanks! |

It gets narrower about 3/4 of an inch in. Not sure what the inside diameter is though. |

If you're asking with the intent of finding bar end weights, good luck. Finding any to fit aluminum handlebars is difficult. Add in the fact that the factory Buell (Magura) bars have an internal sleeve that reaches to within 3/4" or so of the end, and it's going to be even more challenging. A few years ago, I contacted bar end weight manufacturer Manic Salamander about making bar end weights for aluminum bars. There was apparent interest and I supplied diameter measurements from multiple brands of bars. They never produced anything and contacts from me just elicited a 'too busy to do it now' response. |

I went into a metric shop and got a pair of generic knurled bar-ends. Then I put 130 gms of #8 birdshot in a 10 mil ziplock in each bar. Perfect fit, bars-no-buzz, happy hands/fingers. For winter riding, I move my controls inboard as far as they will go. I get about 1/2" on the left and 3/4" on the right IIRC. I use the bolt, rubber and nut from the ends I bought on a set I made that's the same OD as the bars. Summer

My thought process was using a set of joker machine bar end mirrors which I have a set on my v-rod and really like them. There made for 1"o.d. bars which the "pivot shaft" can be turned down to fit a smaller i.d. Just something kicking around
