Hey folks, it's been awhile. I last posted when I owned my '00 Millennium X1, and only recently came back around to do some research on the 1125R. Looks like my timing wasn't all that great unfortunately ... At these new post-announcement prices, it's hard not to buy one. Any crystal-ball speculation on when the remaining '09 models will get to the fire-sale '08 prices? I like that '09 has the '08 bugs worked out. Also, my wife doesn't like the white/blue combination, but I do. She'll like it even less if she knows I paid a couple of extra thousand for it over an '08! An '08 with the recalls/advisories done ... Tempting! Mike P.S. Yes, I know I spelled 'millenium' incorrectly when I first registered. I was so pumped up about my first Buell that I made a few silly mistakes that day ... Thankfully one wasn't wrecking the bike! | ||

If I weren't going to a funeral in another town this morning, I'd be inclined to pull the trigger today. If they're still around at these crazy prices next Mon/Tues, I'm in! |
