hey guys My battery is dead on my 1125R, I am on my way to get a new one. Hoever I don't have a manual yet for it. It seems very tricky to pull the old battery out. In my XB9R is easy as 123 to replace it. any help is appreciated. -xb |

I don't think there is an 1125R out of warranty yet. Have your dealer do it. |

undo cables. undo rubber strap. unhook both fuse centers from their frame clips and hang out of the way. lift bottom edge and wiggle towards the bottom. if still warrantied then have dealer do almost forgot you have to remove the tail section plastics completely (Message edited by boogiman1981 on October 05, 2009) |

batterys, are under warranty for the first 6 months. its a 2008 1125R. I already bought a new one so no worries, but I will have to change the battery thsi weekend. i am surprised of how they did not think of a better way for the battery accees. I guess they did the best they could using the old XB rear plastic on the new 1125R!!!! |
