Built my own intake stacks, 100mm high with the bell 100 mm o.d.  Originally built and installed them a) because there was lots of room for them and b) because reputedly a longer intake lowers the torque curve. As for the latter, my torque curve did not change. Torque is up substantially, but whether that is contributed to by the velocity stacks, or entirely from the muffler mod, is unknown as yet. | ||

So, back to the original, does anyone have a part number for that intake base that holds the filter? Would hate to "modify" the one I have and need to buy a new one after... Nick | ||

You already got the answer, Nick. But for those that don't go to the Buelletin Board - p/n P0700.1AMD - Baseplate with 'noid bracket and rubber seal. 115-120 bucks a pop. Z | ||
