Internet/C.C. order via the AmericanSportBike on line store. I ordered front pads and their new quick release seat mounting system. I received an email from Al that the pads I ordered were not available for some time and he recommended another stocking item. @ point of sale, they tried to run my C.C. and experienced a security decline...I was contacted right away. I called my bank and communicated back to Al that I needed these components for the weekend. They 2nd day shipped them to me and I'm back on the road this evening...all for a mere $138.00 total. It is customer service and communication like this that separates great companies from the rest. Thank you again American Sport Bike! I will be doing biz with you all again and recommend you highly! mm |

And that's why I keep coming back. Even if I had the luxury of being close to a place that stocked all those goodies I would still go to Al and Joanne. People like them deserve all the support I can give. |

The seat quick-release pins are genius. At the same time I ordered them, I ordered a replacement for the front brake lever I had damaged. The price on the website was in error --- about $20 less than Buell's price. Although he couldn't let it go for that ridiculous price, he did split the difference with me. I would not hesitate to buy from American Sport Bike again, and in fact I have plans to do so soon. |
