After breaking my second mirror stalk in my bike-unfriendly garage, I followed in Zac's footsteps by bolting on some Firebolt mirrors and wiring the turn signals to the running lights. I swapped the stock bulb for a 4-LED amber deal that I found at the local open-after-9pm auto parts store, but it's not nearly as annoying as I'd like it to be. Seems like everything I've found at the store and online is a 5w bulb and I'm looking for something much more noticeable. Has anyone found a decent amber replacement bulb that fits in the running lights slot but is substantially brighter? |

Zac4mac... I see an interesting exhaust in the 1125R. Can you share with us what type/brand it is and how to find it? |

I've got 25,000+ miles on a set of these: WLED-xHP5 Wedge Base Bulb Miniature Wedge Base Bulb(194/168 type) with 5 High Power SMD LEDs 12 VDC, 360 Viewing Angle, Polarized bulb Select LED color $ 5.95 From: http://superbrightleds.com/cgi-bin/store/commerce. cgi?product=CAR#WLED-xHP6 Main issue is to get a bulb that is no bigger in diameter than the stock bulb since it won't fit through the hole. I have the "white" which are actually a cold blueish white and can be easily seen in the sunlight. Oh yeah, I have disregarded their "headlight" warning, that's just the Buelligan in me LOL!!
