Go straight to the SOURCE. There you will find all the background, research, correspondence back and forth between Buell and the Feds and anything else you need to know. This stuff is not secret. You'll also learn that Buell is one of the "least recalled" bikes made in contravention to internet hype. |

There are different recalls, depending on model and date built. Best way is to have your dealer run your VIN thru HDnet and check. If you can't or don't want to do that, I can run it if you PM me. I work at High Country HD/B, a sponsor. Zack |

I've never done it, but can't you run your vin on the Harley site some how? Thought I remember someone talking about that a while back. |

The Harley sight you put your VIN in just tells you when your next service is and what is done at that service. By the way the results it yields are not consistent with my 1125R service manual. For example I have 20K miles and it tells me my next service isn't until 31K. Epic Fail! |

There is/ was a conversion error on the service intervals past a certain mileage. |
