I know its a common problem, but my warranty just expired like a month ago. So I was wondering if anyone knows whats all involved in fixing it. If its not too hard ill do it myself, and if it is hard....well, ill just live with it LOL. Ive heard a lot of guys have it happen. I have until the middle of December and I got one of the first ones off the line. It could be the bulb, more likely an LED. It could be the IC, that's where the logic lives. It could be the sensor. It could be any of the wires in the system Two "common problems" that really aren't that widespread are: 1) LFL comes on intermittently during riding - bad sensor or software bug fixed with 04Z flash. 2) LFL & CEL come on with a DTC of B1005 at start-up or re-start in cold weather - unsure of fix.
