I know others have actually cut out the rectangular area to expose the whole clear section of the tail light though.   Skylerxb12r Posted on Sunday, June 21, 2009 - 12:35 am:        If you remove the lens you can see the shape of the clear portion on the bottom of the housing, this will give you an idea of the size/shape to cut out. The plastic undertail is soft enough to cut with a utility knife.
