Scolly: I thought it was Rocket Queen that had the motor in the background, but I haven't listened to Appetite for Destruction in a long time, so I could be wrong. |

I haven't mounted a stereo on my 1125r yet..though i've been looking into it. I've got a set of 3" 90watt marine grade speakers from another bike stereo in my garage just waiting to be used again. Plenty of room in the fairing to mount em. Though i'll have to fabricate some speaker pods. Pete |

How the hell would Nickelback get you pumped to ride???? That stuff is trash...worst band ever, by far. Everyone one of their songs sound the same, and theyre all slow crappy butt rock. |

i tried the mounting headphones in my helmet trick, but became a hassle after a while. now im fabricating a stereo pod in the front fairing.. it will have 4 small computor speakers mounted in a housing along with an ipod docking station mounted in the housing. im about half done with it right now! i will start a thread and post pix when finished. |

lol, ya, i guess. i just got sick of the headphones in the helmet, and tired of mumbling songs to myself on long rides. i just wish i could find a small enough fm reciever so i could listen to the radio as well. |

Yea, everyone I ride with uses those ear buds...I cant use those. I took a pair of studio headphones that I had apart, and worked them into my liner, so theyre flush with the inside of my helmet. I cant even tell theyre there and theyre in perfect so it cancels the noise around my ears....theyre like 100 dollar headphones though, and I just had a pair laying around that I never used is the only reason I took them apart. |
