why is there a difference in the recommended suspension settings in my owners manual[05/08],& the the '08 manual referenced at the top of the 1125r forum page? i understand this is just a starting point,but there's quite a diff. |

use the settings from this site I've run both. The settings in the owners manual are way to stiff for the street. |

> The settings in the owners manual are way to stiff for the street Depends on a lot of things including riding style, tire selection and pressures, etc. I can't recommend enough you take your bike to a professional suspension guy and get the bike spung and valved specifically to your riding style and skill level. It makes all the difference in the world. |
