ANyone else notice these seats are slippery like glass...I had one but thought it was too easy sliding around on, rather have My Butt firmly planted and not sliding all around..Just your guys thoughts? |

I agree with Zac. The Firebolt seat is a great factory option. Picked one up my self and it easily doubled the miles I can put on the bike before I need to walk around. A little slippery...no more than the stocker for me.

Make sure you get the seat pin kit from American Sportbike to go along w/that new seat. You will be glad you did. No more pain in the keester screws. I have the Firebolt custom seat on my XB9R for some 4K miles or so and love it. No monkey butt issues at all! (Message edited by 4Cammer on March 17, 2009) |
