Wonder if they caused any stir in their 4th quarter numbers with this last minute exercise. Likely only spurred those close to buying an 09 to jump now. |

I just deleted my post before actually having it read by everybody. So... I hope everyone had great holidays and that I will be granted the wisdom to understand things I do not understand now.

Nothing has changed/confirmed in prices for our models at our dealership yet in So Cal. I have checked the HD (H-D Net)resources and management now and will let you know if that is the case. I have been following this news since you posted it. So buy them now while I still have them at the same 08 Prices and better. The Buell website now reflects the higher MSRP's. Those should only apply to bikes that have yet to be sent to dealerships. In other words, if a dealer has an 09 already on the floor then those bikes should be sold based on the old MSRP. I actually bought my 09 1125R and worked out a deal on 31 December just to avoid having to argue about this price hike. I got it for $10,850 + tax title lic ($11,803 OTD in San Diego county CA). |

Just like the gas at your local station shouldn't go up or down since it was already there in the tanks. I doubt it's going to go that way. |
