The fronts are fully interchangable to my knowledge. The rears are the same wheel, but the rotor and pulley are on opposite sides from the XB to the 1125r, and the pulley is PROBABLY a different size, too. (not for sure) So, you can't take a complete wheel assembly from an XB and put it on an 1125r without any work.
