Teach, Thanks for putting this event on. Although I had to leave early, it was nice to meet everyone. Make sure to tell the owners thanks. I'm an hour away, but plan on stopping in when I can. | ||

Well, after the two hour ride in 40 degree weather(black uly out front w/ gps) it's good to finally meet some of you that i see here on this board! Us Uly, it was good to meet you and hope to do some ridin' in the future! Thanks to Western/Reserve BUELL for the awesome presentation and helping us learn more about our bikes! If only everyone put their screen names on their name tags I would have more faces to match with names! Sorry i had to leave so early, got a report of sleet in the area so i figured it was best if i left! 2 hrs. in the cold is one thing but add sleet and rain and it becomes less fun! Only got a little wet tho(it's called "Badweatherbikers" idnit?)  Looking forward to the spring meeting! (Message edited by nyeguy on November 17, 2008) | ||

Thanks Nyegu for coming to our event, especially considering the weather. We have had many ideas and suggestions about the early spring event. It may be two days with one day, a track day. We are going to pull out all of the stops and make it a rockin' rollin' good time, with small group training sessions, more social time, (It was suggested that we have a "Buell-be-que", but I think we will have a "barbeque", and a band, and also we are tossing around a including a short poker run. | ||

I can't wait till Spring. Going to visit my sister in Studio City, CA in Feb. Anyone know of a good dealer out there where I can rent a Uly for a day or two? Teach, if you have the track day, I'm definitely in! |
