Here are some pics of my baby. She's in storage back in El Paso, Tx while I am in Korea. She gets started and has all here gears run through while on a pit bull stand. She's gotta get here exercise at a minimum. I will atleast get to excercise her when I go back in May for about 3 weeks. I plan to have all the updates done and maybe a few mods like the steering dampner and an exhaust as well as a body kit along with a custom GPS dash plate of some kind to finish my them off.

Looking good Toby. Did you go with CR mirrors or use the stockers with some custom mounting? How is the vibrations now with those mirrors? My son should be finishing up AIT in Georgia shortly. Then home on leave for a few weeks before heading to his next duty station. |

I used the stockers with a custom brackets. The brackets also pushed the fairing up by about a 1/2 inch to help make the air pocket bigger. The gentleman sitting on my bike in the last picture was my fabricator there in Georgia. Ken Do you know your son's MOS and where he's going yet? Hey Xbswede I really like your exhaust modification. Did it change the sound alot? ie... louder? |

"Hey Xbswede I really like your exhaust modification. Did it change the sound a lot? ie... louder?" It made the exhaust louder at idle and up to about 3000 rpm. After that its hard for me to tell. I have a you tube video clip that you can hear it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KoCdL0CPlLY |

I like to see some pictures of the cockpit from the riders view to see how everything is setup. Monday he will either have his orders or be informed he has one more three week class to attend. From what people are telling him if he did not have his orders already probably means he has this one more 3 week class to attend. I believe he is probably heading to Bragg though. I'll ask him what his MOS is. |

Krask, What's his name. My youngest is a Marine in Iraq on his second tour. We'll keep your son in our prayers (not just saying it we'll do it, they need it). Which branch of the service is he in and how old. If you don't mind sharing this. I'm proud of our young men &women, they come back grown up Men and Women! Best regards to you and your family! Les |

No Problemo on the mis-spell happens alot. He is in the Army and is 19 years old. I did 4 years in the Marines myself. He is currently finishing his AIT training in Fort Gordon Georgia. That is where Tijuanajack was stationed before deploying to Korea. I wish your son a safe and speedy return from Iraq. My son thinks he is going to Fort Bragg and then possibly being deployed to Iraq in 8 months. |

Every time I pray, I pray for the ones in immediate harms way and those training to go into harms way. I pray for the ones who served before me and my fellow brothers and sisters in arms who currently serve now. The ones who gave some, the ones who are prepared to give all, as well as the ones who gave all for our freedoms and the freedoms of the children as well as the oppressed of the world. There are current members of this board that are deployed and that have been deployed. Then there are the ones who served during a time when there was no major conflict but served with the same HONOR and dignity as those who served during conflict as each and every roll in vital and important in the grand scheme of things. Just keep posting the beautiful pictures of all the Bikes to keep us focused on another aspect of why we serve and yearn to get back in one piece to Live to Ride. Thanks for all the support for the fellow brethern and sistern that you all put behind America's son's and daughters. God Bless all past, present and future Military members. WO1 Toby A. Toby, not sure where he is going yet. His MOS is 94F. Sounds like the 3 week class he will probably be taking before he leaves is for some new Biological weapon detection device that very few people have training on yet. (Message edited by krassh on October 28, 2008) |
