I just had the same issue on the way home from work last night. After a little research in the service manual i found that the horn, brake light and VSS are on the same circuit. Check the 10A fuse in the fuse box and you will probably find it blown. I replaced mine and it immediately blew when i pushed the horn button.
Im off now to find out if i have a shorted horn (hopefully) or a short in the wiring between the bar switch and the horn (PLEASE NO!!!).

Tracked the short down to the positive horn wire rubbed through on the left radiator support bracket. Not sure if your issue is the same Adoogie but if you have a blown horn/brake fuse i would certainly look at the wires leading to the horn.

I had that issue too. Mine also threw four codes. P0132, P0502, P0503, and P0506. I took it to the dealer and they said there was a short which caused a fuse to blow. Fixed under warranty.
