Just wondering if anyone has tried and succeeded in getting the $675 when they purchased their baby BEFORE the July 1st start of the promo. I bought mine on June 21st and called up my dealer and had him do the checking and came back with a "No" from HD. So yeah, anyone do this successfully and know how I can swing some leverage? | ||

I would take it up with Buell Customer Service, but I woudln't hold my breath. | ||

I thought the Promo was only with purchase between August 1st and August 31st. I doubt any one will give it you for a June 21st purchase. | ||

EDIT: That problem has gone on with vehicle manufactures for years. I bought my F-150 and missed one of the "customer cash" dates by a week. The problem is that when you break the rule for June 21 you can bet that June 19th will be calling the next morning . . . then June 11th. . . . and so on. The only fair and honest thing to do is treat the cut-off dates as cut-off dates. It is . . fair and honest. (Message edited by court on September 04, 2008) | ||
