So for those of you that have completed the install, is it pretty much plug and play? Or is there wire stripping, crimping, etc? Looks damn good in the pictures. Really cleans up the back. |

Fairly easy. You do have to take off the seat so you can take off the rear body work. I did have to do a couple wire taps to get my integrated tail turn signals to work with the stock signals, but most likely you will not be doing that. So to answer your question ... no, you do not have to do any wire stripping, crimping, etc. |

I installed mine this morning. You have to crimp the provided bullet connectors onto the LED plate light, but that is about it. They provide extensions for the turn signals to make it easier to route the wires, but I did not use them. The instructions also tell you to disconnect the seat release cable for the rear seat, but I just laid the body piece alongside the bike with the cable connected. It seemed like it would be more of a pain to disconnect it rather than just lay it against the bike with the cable connected. The last two screws that put the plate on, that covers everything under the tail section, were a PITA, at least for me. Overall, it is an easy install and with the exception of having to crimp the bullet connectors on the plate LED, it is plug-and-play. Mike |

Quote from my wife when she saw it: "That looks great! where did you get it from?" me: "Some guy in UK" She: "Really? Were there any "whilst" in the instructions?" I had to go and look. Sure enough, there was the good old UK English "Whilst" in the instructions!
