Did you disconnect your active intake cable? If you did I would guess that this code is set in history but will not turn the light on. The ecm probably saw no change in tps when the solenoid tried to pull the throttle shut.

Yes to both. It will happen with a disconnected 'noid and, it will turn the CEL light on.

Hah, nice one. I did mechanicaly disconnect it. Makes sense, I had wondered how the ECU knew if the active intake valve was doing its job. Monitoring the TPS value after the fact would be logical.
