Ive been lurkin on here for a while now. I finally picked up my 1125r after I totalled my 07 zx6. This is the first bike ive ever owned that actually runs better and better the more you ride. I made the mistake of over-filling the fuel the first day I had it lol. Ive got about 1500 miles on it right now (been raining here pretty much non stop) and im lovin it! On a side note, I was wondering where everyone whos ordered their D&D ordered it from...I cant seem to find anywhere online that sells it (at least searching on google). I really dont care for D&D but im ready to make some noise and all the other companies are still quite a ways out I believe...if I dont order the d&d pretty quick then I may just wait it out for a Drummer... |

As far as I know, the D&D is only available through them directly. They DO need to change it so it doesn't hang up in right turns. It drags before the rider's toe. Noise - yes, lighter - yes, handling - no (dragging hard parts is never good) |

I forgot, Glendale has a nearly ready exhaust done by one of their employees. He showed me the dyno report and it DOES everything it should. Call them (sponsor page) - ask for "Serge" - tell him Slaughter referred you. As far as I know, they're not yet selling it but what I saw was with intake and exhaust, it got about 13 more HP - and the air/fuel values stayed correct through the whole RPM range. Because it's his streetbike, he didn't abuse it above 9500 rpm. I just can't say if it's for sale yet. You can PM them through their profile here also. You might want to wait though, some other companies are working on performance upgrades for the 1125R. Jardine just came out with an exhaust, for example. The next couple months should show an influx of performance mods for the 1125R. I personally do not like the D&D or any of the other cans available right now. Saron also has a slip-on which is available through Trojan in the UK and is working on modifications to another exhaust system, from what I understand. Both of those systems are on other threads on this board. http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/290 431/361464.html?1212436228 http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/290 431/366702.html?1212940110 Mike |

Yea I saw the Jardine but I really dont like the look of it...I really really like the Saron but I think it would be like 1200 bucks in US dollars? I kinda suck at math so I could be wrong. Like I said I would kinda like to avoid the D&D because its almost obnoxious loud, but im ready to have a pipe on this damn thing! |
