Latus HD/Buell in Oregon is sponsoring the Portland Buell Riders (www.badweatherbikers.com/pbr) and gave us great treatment at a track day yesterday. A cut of my post there already... A particular word of thanks to George Latus himself who showed up for the fun. When one of our number broke a belt at the exit of turn five, George loaded the bike in his personal pick up truck and personally drove it to the shop. He was on the phone by the time we had the bike back in the pits confirming the parts were in-stock and having the shop set up to change it as soon as the bike arrived. Not often does the OWNER of a dealership give this kind of service. Thanks again for everything! Let's show Latus how loud a voice the Badweb has, and make sure to say where you're from in the post! PS, Latus brought their Demo 1125r and let us take laps on it... And their OMMRA racer, Josh Bryan rode his with us and provided coaching! That alone should warrant a post! | ||
