I have a street magic LED accent light system. Should I connect it to the front accessory plug? I heard it is not good to connect accessories to the battery. |

The accy plug is only hot when the key is on. If you only want them on with the key, that would be best. Neil S. |

Citi, make sure you post some evening and night shots when you're finished. |

"The accy plug is only hot when the key is on. If you only want them on with the key, that would be best. " This is not 100% correct I have my GPS plugged into the accessory plug and it only has power while the motor is running. I checked this with a voltmeter and just turning the key on, it is still "dead" It is alos ECM controlled so that if your battery voltage drops to a certain level, the accessory plug is "turned off" so as not to add additional drain on the battery. |
