Can anybody confirm the 1125R will be offered with gun metal gray frame and white bodywork this year? I got the word from my dealer. Rumor or not? | ||

I just can't picture the 1125R dressed in those colors. I'm afraid it would look bloated and out of proportion like a white Guzzi El Dorado. I like what I've got, thanks but no. Z | ||

At least you won't see one wearing stretch pants... with lumps. Color matters very much, I do very much like the looks of my 1125R. My first Buell was an Arctic White XB9R and she looked hot in White. The only other color schemes I'd like to see for the 1125R would be all black with red or gold wheels, tank letters and bar-ends. I think it looks improved in non black colors that people have photo shopped around here. When the pods are a color with black trim they look greatly reduced in size almost have a line flowing from the fairing. | ||

If the pods were the same color as the frame, then white or red on the remaining body work would probably look good. Dbird29, you need to HTFU, I'm getting a little tired of your jabs at Sean. Hey Photoshop folks- has anyone imagined the 1125R with a VR1000 orange/black scheme? Orange one side, black on the other, with a white (or white/black checkerboard) stripe? Methinks that would look kewl. OR, some Rat Fink styling around the front end.  | ||

I just got a new wireless mouse for Christmas...two things struck me. The shape, which looks a lot like a Buell airbox and the color combo. I wonder if someone in the color department at Buell has this same mouse?   | ||

I don't know. The front of the mouse doesn't flow well with the back half. And what's with that receiver unit? Couldn't Logitech have spent a little more resources to come up with a better looking and functional receiver? I also heard that some testers were complaining about their pinkies burning during hard gaming sessions.  this stuff just kills me  Edit: back to original question. It's funny 'cause one of our guys here in Austin did that color scheme to his a couple of years ago. He'd powder coated his rims and tinted his windscreen and painted the very front of the chin spoiler in shades of blue very close to these. It looked super smooth! I wonder when Erik signed his tank at a dealer meeting and BBQ in Dallas he decided he liked it so much that he put it into production. | ||

I'm generally not a fan of red, but the Diablo bike does look good:  But I'd love to see a couple photoshops of the white and blue on the 1125. I think someone had made them up before it came out I'm Off to the Archives! | ||
