Good on you Brad for displaying a wicked sense of humour. No one could argue with your reasoning. Rocket |

Neat way to photograph one of the ugliest design elements in all of motorcycledom. |

aaaaw. I am so crushed.. I didn't think I was ugly (reference to the fact that the central design element of an 1125R is the rider)! |

Clever. eh, I'm giddy about mine. And as soon as the weather clears, I'm hitting the road As for things I don't like about the bike... Well, I guess final fitment. It just seems like some of the pieces do not fit quite right. Case in point is the line between the seat and the 'tank' airbox. The gap is wider at the top than it is at on the sides, and way more than at the bottom of the sides. It's probably something that can be fixed with a little work, but it just seems like something that the end owner should not have HAD to do. The second piece that really stands out to me as 'poor' was the wind screen. The poly allows you to see the wiring behind the instrument cluster. To me, this just seems tacky. You don't see wiring anywhere else on the bike... It just struck me like someone in an Armani suit with their fly open. For me, it came down between the 1125r and the 1098. The 1125 won out partly because of price, and mostly because I love my M2, and Buells in general, and having another one would just be icing on the cake. While I think this bike may not be as far along as it should have been, it's still a huge departure from the Buell norm. Much more so than the 1098 is a departure from the Ducati norm. While the radiator boxes are different than the other models, I don't really think they look that bad. Reading some of the opinions... oy! Plus, the bike fits me like a glove. I don't know if I just happened to be the size of their target market, or if I just got lucky. I think the bike will turn heads no matter what. Nice pics guys See you in the spring! That picture sends shivers up my spine. ummmm, because your so good looking Doerman! Someone on this site mentioned the Idea of painting the pods the same exact color as the frame. Maybe even match the texture? I think that is a good idea and will look less like an add on and more as a designed in feature. More scoop less pod. |

il eat me undies at high noon in times square...i think that would look pretty cool. I don't thing the sight of a grown man eating undergarments in public is cool at all. You are free to do whatever you like in private (so long as you aren't hurting anyone else) I also think that the WW II paint theme would be cool. Maybe Flying Tiger teeth on the pods... Molly_h.. The bike is treating me real well. It's what I hoped for and more. And an airforce theme would be killer on the bike! No need to fret that you'll have to endure Hanes indigestion Brad... With a comment like that, I think I'll give Colorado a wide berth on my travels Geschutte: I live in the state of Kalifornia und the Terminator - Governator vill kill me ef I remove zem. |

i should choose the form of my sentences better...underwear eating is not cool but nessesary sometimes..on the other hand a WW2 fighter plane theme seems to fit this bike for some reason..and is waaaay cooler than underwear..at least mine. |
