I'm not sure the factory ever "posted" a J1 date, particularly the 15th of October...where did you see that?? |

No produckteeoney... Job 1 on the delay, till further notice... Resetting alarm clock, and going back to sleep... I think Buell knew I was behind on my siding project. I need to have some of these boxes of siding out of the garage so I have a place for the 1125R |

Any update on the new Job 1 date? I promise not to to tell anyone - as not to set folks up for disappointment in the event that it gets pushed back again |

In this day of bigger, better, faster and instant gratification I believe there are things worth waiting for and NEVER "by chance" I will stay patient and more enjoy my new toy whenever I get it while still enjoying my current M2 through the frosty days ahead. Stay "cool" and stay safe everyone. It'll be worth the wait. Bob |

Well see, here's the problem.. Back when the 1125R was first announced, I immediately jumped on and ordered one. That resulted in numerous hours of web surfing on Buell and Badweb, trips to the dealer and just in general a major distraction. I was able to get back to semi normal, but got off onto the distraction thing again when I went to Monterey to the Owners Unveiling party. I got to see and sit on one. That distracted me for at least 3 weeks. When I say distracted, read worthless to concentrate on or perform any other tasks. So then about August the magazine articles came out.. Distracted again. This time not a total distraction just more like a 70%er. Ok, so then I do the Inside Pass this week. I am right now in a full boil distracted mode. AKA beside myself. I am unaware of time and place and in general disoriented. I might be a candidate for some sort of medication. Maybe the proper medication is the arrival of my bike. Then again it might not be. I might then be spending night in the garage and days on the road. Where will it end....... I might be doomed. I should have walked away when I could before the Inside Track Day. Too late now. I admit it.. I have become an 1125R junkie. (Message edited by doerman on October 19, 2007) |

LOL, 1125 junkie.....I feel it too, brother. This is like kids that can see and touch their Xmas presents, but have to wait to open them. I guess we are all a bunch of over eager kids--just that our toy(s) cost a bit more these days. |

Sounds like they're rolling. Just got a call from Sun HD, they have the order numbers (VINs?) and bikes are being built! Bring 'em on! Z |

OK, I'll not yell fire again. Sounded like BMC was ready to build once the Order Numbers went to dealers. At least we are one step closer to the imminent release. Z |

I`m still impatiently waiting for mine to be born too. I`m pacing the floor & waiting for the doctor (dealer) to tell me.... " It`s a Helicon!! a Healthy, Fire Breathing Helicon!!! Congratulations!" But the truth is that I can save a whole years worth of taxes if I wait until Jan 1st. Plus the weather here is going to be crap by mid Dec. If I had the bike now I could at least break it in before spring. But if I got it in 3 or 4 weeks I`m sure I would go insane. (wanting to ride it with a foot of snow on the ground) |

so much BS is spewed from the dealers...we're fortunate to have our anonymous poster(s) for the real deal. Thanks to the factory for participating here and giving us the straight up info. |
