Author Message   Rd3501 Posted on Tuesday, July 17, 2007 - 12:58 pm:        Was wondering why you went to 6 headlights bulbs instead of the projector lights on the Firebolts? Did you guys finally figure out yet that the coating on the inside of the headlights assembly on the Firebolts fails over time and the lights go dimmer with mileage on every year that this bike has be in production.... Will the same thing happen to the new design? I installed 100 watt off-road H-Is one week after buying the bike and still want for better headlights. I tried 2 high beams, I tried 2 low beams, but nothing helped. I would like to mount two 9" LightForce 240's on my XB9SL.
