I too am sure interested to learn more about the EFI scheme that is being used. Is it a dual O2 sensor scheme; is there an intake airflow sensor; knock sensors? Has that already been reported and I missed it? Back to www.Buell.com... |

Thanks for the compliments, Blake. I'm thinking that this will be similar in performance to the XBRR, but with quite a bit of work needed. So far, I've been blown away by the grunt of the XBRR out of turns and as we don't seem to be having too many problems with the 1098 Ducati's, or the Aprilia's down the straights, and I'm fairly confident that the 1125R will fit in well here, but we may just continue with "The Monster".. Couple of fast tracks coming up next, Le Mans and Spa. Let's see if our legs are on... I'll be interested to see wet weight in race trim of the 1125R, because it looks like it's going to be a great alternative to the Aprilia and Ducati. I'm really happy for Buell here, I see this as a great evolution into a wider market, but without losing sight of Eric's vision. I can see lot's of tuning possibilities with the bike, just a question of budget really, but the XBRR is a hard act to follow. Cool, a challenge !! |

I think the question we need to ask is if it has a dedicated Baro sensor. -Saro |

I'll take any info we can get on how the system adjusts the open loop maps. |
