I'm considering riding up to Barber Motorsports complex for the April 21-23 AMA races. Can anyone confirm which Buell (if any) teams will be there? Also, just in case I can't spend the full 3 days there, what day do they run the Formula Extreme race? |

we are planning a dealership ride to the races on sunday, To bad the buells will be racing saturday. Have to keep the shop running saturday so we cant ride the, Has to be sunday BUT we will have about 8 bikes |

It's 600 miles away by Yahoo maps and I don't know if I can be away from the family and business for that long, BUT if I can I will be moto XB9S camping and I'll let you know so I can get together with all the BUELL'ies. |

It does show a toilet tower and showers in the paddock area, so maybe a paddock pass. I would guess the campsites have showers, if you are buying a ticket for multiple nites. Let's hope so. Maybe someone out there knows for sure??? |

if you don't get a paddock pass the shower use is restricted in the early a.m. and the early p. m. with paddock pass unlimited use. portapotties only in camping area, kept clean but was wet ground close to them.{it rained heavy on friday last year} see ya there.

Not looking good for me right now. My wife has a cousin coming in the week before and has scheduled her time off for THAT weekend and probably will have to work the next weekend to cover it. DRATS, I have my NEW Buell Select seat on the bike now and just test ran my camping outfit at Daytona, DOUBLE DRATS... |

There is a shower in the Paddock, but keep in mind that there are several racers and teams that use them so it can get really crowded. The correct question maybe should be are there enough showers for all of those camping?...to which I have to answer "no". But if you are camping out with a bunch of biker hard-legs, the hygene rules can and should be bent. Your wife (mother?) isn't going to be there, so can't you forgo a shower until Sunday afternoon after the races? There are adequate restrooms though.
I plan to be there on my S2 and in a tent on-site, although I had no idea that there was a nudist campground nearby. I can say that my previous experience with a nudist camp (we paddled through one in kayaks in Canada) was not exactly what I had envisioned. They were a bunch of old people sitting around with no clothes on...and in my opinion, they should have had them on. Where were all of the beautiful young girls? What WAS that old wrinkled up thing on grandpaw? I mean besides grandmaw?
