It was suggested to me, when making a purchase over the Bweb some time ago, that I pay with a postal money order - 3 of them actually. I was told that by doing so any non-delivery, etc. would result in an act of mail fraud. I was also told that our post office is much more tenacious about persecution than the police would be. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Is it true? I don't know if there is any truth to the above, the deal was solid, but I did use it to transfer $1,500. | ||

Loki the winter here is hell....only in the low 70's today...I am so tired of the cold. I wonder if the weather is a nice in Tampa which is about 30 minutes east of here. | ||

Mikes bike is great. More power than he needs. Dons Back has finally healed enough so he can ride again. And during his recovery he worked on his bike. Put a big tank on it, And painted it pearl white. | ||

The Running of the Buells: Just woke up from a dream that a bunch of us on Buells were in Paloma, Spain racing through the streets. People on Japanese and Italian bikes lined the streets, taunting us and throwing tomatoes. I had knocked down about 4 pedestrians, when my bar end mirror gored a woman on a curve and made me slide into a building. As my body slammed into the wall, I woke up.. He told me over 2 weeks ago that he would refund my money. That was the last I heard from him and he has since refused to answer any e-mails. I have since learned of his reputation in the Tampa area. Lets just say he is not too popular with the local Buell community there. I do not believe he has any intention of refunding my money. He was a complete ass in his last e-mail and I believe he is showing his true colors. Thanks Blake for keeping his info up on the board. Its really not about the money at this point. I want his reputation to be completely destroyed so no others will get burned by this POS!! | ||

Perhaps you are suffering from some trackday anxiety. Mosport isn't exactly Poloma, but there will be plenty of women, Italian and Japanese bikes there. You'll have to bring your own tomatoes for people to throw at you and I'm pretty sure that if you gore someone with your bike, your weekend is done??!! | ||
